Evaluation of Drawing

Our skilled development team evaluates the provided drawings and prepares in-house 3D casting models, ensuring compliance with achievable investment casting tolerances as per National and International standards. These 3D models are shared with the buyer for approval. Once approved, we create tool designs in-house and coordinate with our mold makers for manufacturing.

Phosphating

We utilize the phosphating coating process to enhance the surface properties of forged components. This process is vital for improving corrosion resistance, paint adhesion, and overall durability. Below is an overview of the step-by-step process: -> Surface -> Preparation -> Degreasing and Pickling -> Phosphating Bath -> Rinsing -> Drying -> Quality Inspection

Sp. Passivation

We implements the specialized passivation process to enhance the corrosion resistance and surface durability of forged components. This process ensures optimal protection and quality for components used in critical applications. Below is a detailed explanation of the step-by-step process: Surface Preparation -> Acid Cleaning (Pickling) -> Passivation Bath -> Rinsing -> Drying -> Quality Inspection

Hot-Dip Galvanizing

We understand the importance of long-lasting, durable components. Our Hot-Dip Galvanizing process is an essential part of the Kirtan Precision Forging process, ensuring that every product not only meets exact specifications but also withstands harsh environmental conditions. Here's an in-depth look at how our galvanizing process enhances the quality and reliability of your forged products. Our process like Surface Preparation -> Immersion in Molten Zinc -> Cooling and Solidification -> Inspection and Quality Control

Blackening

We offer a comprehensive range of value-added services to ensure that every product meets your needs for both functionality and aesthetics. One of the key finishing techniques we employ is the Blackening Process, which is designed to enhance the appearance and durability of our Kirtan Precision Forged parts. Here's a closer look at the process * Surface Preparation -> Application of Black Oxide -> Rinsing and Drying -> Sealing

Sp. Painting

We provide comprehensive finishing services to enhance the performance and appearance of our precision-forged components. One of the key services we offer is Special Painting, which provides an added layer of protection against environmental factors, enhances durability, and improves the visual appeal of our Kirtan Precision Forged parts. Below is an overview of our Special Painting process * Surface Preparation -> Application of Primer -> Application of Topcoat -> Curing and Drying -> Inspection and Quality Control

CED Coating

We provide comprehensive finishing services to ensure that our Kirtan Precision Forged components offer not only exceptional strength and accuracy but also long-lasting durability and protection. One of the advanced finishing techniques we employ is CED Coating, or Cathodic Electro Deposition, which plays a key role in providing superior corrosion protection, uniform coating, and enhanced component longevity. Process like * Surface Preparation -> Immersion in the Electrocoating Bath -> Curing -> Inspection and Quality Control ->

Zinc-Ni Plating

We provide a wide range of finishing techniques to enhance the performance and longevity of our Kirtan Precision Forged components. One of the most effective and widely used finishes is Zinc-Nickel (Zn-Ni) Plating. This advanced electroplating process offers superior corrosion resistance, wear protection, and improved durability for components exposed to harsh environments. Below is an overview of the Zinc-Nickel Plating Process, and how it enhances the quality and reliability of your forged parts.
